Human Resources Job Placement Arrangement and Other Details

If you are a candidate accepted into the human resources job placement, you will be assigned the role of a human resources assistant. You will be operating in a support role, helping the company’s team in tackling and managing different HR-related functions internally as well as for their clients. This means that you will be taking on a number of responsibilities and tasks, including but are not limited to:

  • Handling HR-related enquiries;
  • Assisting with recruitment process;
  • Providing support in the implementation of HR processes and procedures;
  • Managing employee relations; and
  • Performing ad hoc HR responsibilities to support the team.

How it Works

You will be assigned the role of a human resources assistant throughout the job placement, and you will be placed in one of our partner companies. The good thing about this job placement is that it is facilitated entirely remote (online). As part of the placement, you will be delegated to work on 2-3 internal or client files a week. You can then submit your output to your assigned supervisor via email.

Once you complete the human resources internship, you can add the HR experience you have obtained in your CV to add traction to your job applications, enhance your career prospects and distinguish yourself from other candidates.
